Returns & refunds

If you are a private customer you have a restricted right to return your order. If you return products, they must be unused and like new, in the original packages, and all labels attached. You have the right to return goods within 30 days after receiving them. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.

Note the returned item needs to be flawless unused, completely intact, and in its original package. Please don't write or add anything to the box; the package must be closed with clear tape. The product needs to be intact and in retail condition. If the product is made with a customer's special request, the product can not be returned. Hygiene products like mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, and duvet covers can not be returned. Notice that the rug that is made in the size you have chosen can not be returned. The products that need to be assembled or installed can not be returned after assembly or installation. If you are unsure if you can return the product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at before you install or assemble the product. If you are uncertain about the return policy, please get in touch with us before the order.

NB. products that can not be returned:

  • Products that are custom made 
  • The rug that is made in size you have been chosen
  • The products that are assembled or installed
  • Hygiene products like mattress protectors, pillows, blankets, sheets, or duvet covers

How to return items

1. Pack the product to its original package. Please don't write or glue anything to the box. Return all the directions and additional parts. If you are returning big furniture, please contact us via email so we can direct you to the return.

2. Put an accessible format return notice inside the box with your information and purchase information. Please add your order information and name to the package if you return the goods using a parcel service. 

3. Returns within Finland are accessible by using our return numbers, so don't hesitate to contact us via email about the return numbers. You must pay the return costs from other countries unless we have made an error. Just send us a copy of the shipping costs receipt when returning faulty or damaged products.

Wrong or damaged product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, take pictures of the faulty product or damages in the product and package. Then, contact us within three days via email at Add all the photos, information from your order, and personal information to the email. If the product was damaged in transport, please get in touch with the transport company immediately so they can add this information to their files and then contact us.
