Saloilta Kitchen Towel

The Saloilta kitchen towel is made from 100% hemp fibre in Rovaniemi. The kitchen towel is decorated with a Saloilta pattern, inspired by the mysticism of the night and wild rosemary. Hemp is an excellent material for kitchen textiles because, among other things, it has very good moisture absorption properties. It also dries quickly. Hemp heals over time as it’s used and becomes softer. Hemp has a quality that causes it to shrink by up to 5% on the first wash, but this has been taken into account in the manufacture of the kitchen towel.
