Made by Varax, this Frida bench is a comfortable, streamlined bench. The body of the bench is steel pipe and wooden parts are stained pine. The bodies of Varax furniture are powder-coated steel. Before powder coating, the steel is treated with Bonderite NT which protects the body from corrosion. The manufacturing process uses polyester powder that doesn’t include any solvents and can sustain outdoor use. The powder gives the steel a durable surface. The manufacturing process doesn’t create any waste since it takes place in a closed facility.
