Havu pull-up bar usage:

• The plywood frame is placed on the doorway at the top of the door frame so that the weight of the plywood hanging on the bar levers the bar firmly in place.
• The plywood has three different points for fixing the bar, making Havu suitable for doorways with wall thicknesses between 9 and 18 cm.

Safety instructions:

• The top part of the door frame shall be either mounted on top of the vertical sides of the door frame or sawn into the frame.
• If the top part is installed between the vertical sides of the door frame, the pull-up bar must not be installed in the doorway in question unless the top part is securely fixed and the load-bearing capacity is assured.
• Do not twist or jump on the bar during exercise in a way that makes it comes loose.
• Maximum load 130 kg.
• Remove the pull-up bar from the door opening after use to allow the door to close.
