The modern and simple Kaisla wooden bar is a versatile item for your home. You can use it to hang clothes in the hallway or bedroom for example.

The timeless and beautiful Kaisla wooden bar is designed and manufactured in Finland. The bar's surface finish is also hand made in Finland. The bar is made to be used inside only.

The bar is treated with Osmo Color product which provides a natural and environmentally friendly finish for the wood. The products are based on quickly renewing, clean vegetarian raw materials that protect the wood from inside out.

The high-quality natural ropes of the bar are made out of cotton and they’re handmade in Finland. The thickness of the rope is 7mm. The rope is 100% cotton and it’s colored in Finland. The coloring is done under supervision using environmentally friendly processes.

It’s natural for cotton to have a beautiful, subtle glow, a soft surface, toughness, and good light resistance. The natural rope is an ecological choice. The manufacturing of the rope doesn’t stress the environment a lot. When the rope breaks it can be composted for example. The rope is beautiful and good to use and when treated well it will last decades.

Includes either a 2,8 meter (for the 60cm bar) or a 3,2 meter (for the 100cm bar) rope. The rope can be shortened if needed. Instructions included. If you’d like, you can install the bar with either one or two hooks. Hooks are not included in the shipment. Shipped unassembled.

Kaisla wooden bar care:

The cotton product doesn’t get dirty easily. It cleans well and lasts long. The ropes can be washed by hand or in the machine using a hand wash program without spinning. The white color can handle 90°C water, the black can handle at most 30°C.

We want to use natural materials but consume natural resources as little as possible. In our opinion, it’s every business's responsibility to bring environmentally sustainable options to the marketplace. All of our wooden products are manufactured out of Finnish birch.

Environmental friendliness can be seen not only in Ohto Nordic Home furniture. It’s also present in our everyday life. In our offices, we only use green electricity and we recycle. In our shipments, we only use cardboard and paper, not plastic. We also do not use materials of animal origin like leather or wool in our products.
