The Lux rocking chair is a modern rocking chair made of solid oak. High-quality materials and Em's decades of experience in rocking chair manufacturing guarantee the quality of the Lux rocking chair. The rocking chairs are always made to order in Padasjoki. You can choose the colour of the frame and upholstery. The finishing of the Lux rocking chair shows the handiwork of Eimi's woodworkers. They know that wood is a living material that changes with humidity. Therefore, the wood for the seat and surfaces is sorted according to the grain patterns and colour shades of the wood. In this way, the individual parts will be as alike as possible. The end result is an even surface and colour - as if carved from a single piece of wood.

Each part is finished by hand before assembly. In the assembly phase, the pieces are checked and sorted so that the parts of the same chair are as similar as possible. The assembly is also a handmade. The assembled chair is surface-treated at least twice. Between coatings, the chair is sanded - again by hand. A high level of craftsmanship in production ensures great quality, as any defects are detected and eliminated at the production stage. Read more about rocking chairs!
